Returns & Exchanges

We want you absolutely love the products you have purchased from us. If you'd like to return or exchange an item provided the terms below are met:

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchanges for:

  • Customized and personalized item (items which has been customized based on your specific requirements);

  • Sale and value buy items (items on discount);

  • Products that have been damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g. exposure to chemicals, sharp objects, caustic substances etc.);

  • Products that have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purposes;

  • Products that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear;

  • Products that have been altered or soiled;

​We DO ACCEPT returns and exchanges for the same condition that you received it. Any exchange should be made within 7 days after receiving your order. Exchange can only be made once, and all exchanges are final. Any refund or exchange with cash is strictly not allowed.

Noted: In the event of return and exchange, all shipping fees are borne by customer.

​For returns, customers are advised to notify us first by quoting the order number and product details at hello.sfexcellent@gmail.com.

If you have received an incorrect item, or if your item has been delivered faulty. Kindly contact our Customer Service at hello.sfexcellent@gmail.com with the following information: 

  • Proof of Purchase/Order Number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Supporting image(s)

If your item is defective due to design or defect, we will proceed to replace the item. Replacements are subject to availability and our customer service team will contact you in the next steps.

Our goal is to process all returns within 5 business days of receiving your order. Although it may be earlier, please allow up to 7 business days during the sale period.

​All decisions are subject to the final inspection and discretion of SFEX Enterprise. Return of items is not a guarantee of exchange or refund.
